What Is Package Protection?
Package Protection is an optional service you can add during checkout to provide additional security for your orders. By opting in, you ensure that any covered issues with your delivery can be promptly reviewed and resolved by our dedicated team.
1. Coverage Lost in Transit: If your package’s tracking information has not updated past a certain point or is deemed lost by the carrier.
2. Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged.
How Package Protection Works
Add to Cart: During the checkout process, select the Package Protection option to add it to your order.
Fee Calculation: A small fee will be added to your cart, which covers the cost of the protection service.
Coverage Period: Package Protection is valid from the time the order ships until successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, follow these simple steps to file a claim:
Gather Your InformationLocate your order number and any relevant shipping details (including tracking number, date of delivery, etc.).
Take clear photos in case of physical damage to the product or packaging.
Contact Us - Fill out our online claim form on the Hemp Flower Co. website.Provide a brief description of the issue, attach any photos if applicable, and include your order details and contact information.
Await Confirmation - Our team will send you a confirmation email acknowledging that your claim has been received.
Exclusions & Limitations
While Package Protection adds a layer of security to your order, there are certain limitations:Incorrect Shipping Information: If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee coverage.
Marked as Delivered: Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, coverage may not extend to packages reported missing or stolen after delivery unless otherwise determined by Hemp Flower Co. on a case-by-case basis.
Customs & Duties (International Orders): Any import duties, taxes, or other charges that may arise due to customs regulations are not covered.Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If an order is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, coverage does not apply.
