Sealed Products: We cannot accept returns of hemp flower that are not sealed or properly preserved
What We Don't Accept
Please note that the following do not warrant returns, replacements, or exceptions to our return policy:
- Complaints such as "I think I've got a bad batch" without valid justification
- Returns based on misunderstanding of what our hemp products are
- Items that have been opened, used, or improperly stored
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to understand what hemp is by definition before making a purchase.
